屋面(mian)(mian)薄層反(fan)射隔熱涂(tu)料,1~3mm,可使屋頂表面(mian)(mian)溫度(du)(du)降(jiang)低20~25度(du)(du),室內溫度(du)(du)降(jiang)低3~5度(du)(du)。實驗測試表明,通(tong)過(guo)再次涂(tu)刷,增加涂(tu)層厚(hou)度(du)(du)后,隔熱效(xiao)果基本不(bu)變。涂(tu)一道,隔熱性能已經合適,經濟(ji)效(xiao)益較好。
薄(bo)層反射隔熱(re)(re)(re)涂料,1~3mm,厚度薄(bo)、熱(re)(re)(re)阻(zu)有限,隔熱(re)(re)(re)效(xiao)果好,保溫(wen)(wen)效(xiao)果差(cha)。不適合單獨作用(yong)在外(wai)墻保溫(wen)(wen)中(zhong),需結合熱(re)(re)(re)阻(zu)較大的保溫(wen)(wen)材料使用(yong),實現(xian)隔熱(re)(re)(re)又保溫(wen)(wen)的作用(yong),才能適用(yong)于我國夏熱(re)(re)(re)冬(dong)暖或夏熱(re)(re)(re)冬(dong)冷氣候地(di)區的外(wai)墻外(wai)隔熱(re)(re)(re)保溫(wen)(wen)系統(tong)中(zhong)。
設計采用保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)膩(ni)子(zi)外墻(qiang)保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)系統,該(gai)保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)膩(ni)子(zi)試(shi)驗過程中均勻(yun)、無結塊,刮涂無障礙,說明(ming)保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)膩(ni)子(zi)具有(you)較(jiao)好(hao)的(de)施工(gong)性能(neng),導熱(re)系數只(zhi)有(you)0.082 W/(m·K),有(you)一定(ding)的(de)保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)性能(neng),耐(nai)水性和耐(nai)堿性良好(hao),說明(ming)其(qi)耐(nai)久性能(neng)較(jiao)好(hao)。黏(nian)結強度為0.28 MPa,表明(ming)保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)膩(ni)子(zi)與(yu)基層墻(qiang)體具有(you)較(jiao)好(hao)的(de)黏(nian)結能(neng)力(li),強度有(you)保(bao)(bao)證,不易空鼓(gu)和脫落。
保(bao)(bao)溫膩子(zi)具有(you)較好(hao)的施工性(xing)(xing)能、強度和(he)(he)保(bao)(bao)溫性(xing)(xing)能,隔(ge)熱反(fan)射(she)涂料(liao)由于具有(you)較高的太陽光反(fan)射(she)比和(he)(he)半球反(fan)射(she)率(lv),能極大(da)地減少(shao)墻體的吸熱量(liang),避免了(le)墻體溫度的過度變化,和(he)(he)保(bao)(bao)溫膩子(zi)疊加在一起筑(zhu)起了(le)一道保(bao)(bao)溫隔(ge)熱屏障。
玻璃(li)需帶LOW-E反射膜(mo),降低太陽輻射。窗框做(zuo)(zuo)好氣(qi)(qi)密(mi)處理,聯接處做(zuo)(zuo)好熱橋阻隔處理,內側(ce)做(zuo)(zuo)好隔氣(qi)(qi)膜(mo)封閉,從而提升隔熱保溫和(he)氣(qi)(qi)密(mi)性能。
水(shui)密和氣(qi)密性較差,在(zai)熱橋(qiao)部(bu)位外墻(qiang)內(nei)表面容易結露、潮(chao)濕甚至發(fa)霉(mei)和淌水(shui);內(nei)保溫(wen)須要設置隔汽層(ceng),以防止(zhi)墻(qiang)體產生(sheng)冷(leng)凝現(xian)象;內(nei)保溫(wen)板出現(xian)裂縫比(bi)較普遍。
內墻做外(wai)隔熱(re)、內保溫是比(bi)較(jiao)合適的(de),防止熱(re)能向外(wai)流失。
地(di)下(xia)室防潮(chao)保(bao)溫(wen)(wen),接觸土壤層(ceng)(ceng)的防水(shui)保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)處(chu)理(li)與常規二層(ceng)(ceng)以上樓(lou)地(di)面(mian)(mian)保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)區別處(chu)理(li)。土壤層(ceng)(ceng)之(zhi)上,地(di)面(mian)(mian)做好防水(shui)和保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)(含地(di)暖(nuan)保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)層(ceng)(ceng))處(chu)理(li)。二層(ceng)(ceng)以上,地(di)面(mian)(mian)做好保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)(含地(di)暖(nuan)保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)層(ceng)(ceng))減震處(chu)理(li),實現保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)功能的同(tong)時(shi),確保(bao)樓(lou)上跑跳(tiao)、拖曳類撞擊聲(sheng)得到優化(hua)消除。
